Here are some more parts of the puzzle:
From http://archive.gulfnews.com/articles/06/08/27/10062940.html
Gabriel Comanescu, president of the Romanian oil company Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP) said
“We signed the contract with Oriental Oil Company Dubai, but the rigs are leased to Petro Iran by Oriental Oil Co., Kish. Now we understand that the Dubai company does not exist,”
Khosrow Arabi, general manager of Oriental Oil Co., Sharjah admitted that Oriental Oil Co., Dubai was mistakenly mentioned in the contract but said subsequent agreements clearly specified the company is registered in Sharjah.
Mehrdad Safdari, an Iranian, is the owner of Oriental Oil Co., Sharjah and the majority owner of Oriental Oil Co., Kish, which has its headquarters in Tehran, Khosrow said.

Now, from www.iranfocus.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=3040 ,
Oriental Oil Co., Kish is the company which has been linked to Halliburton, and the vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oriental Oil Co., Kish company was a senior member of Iran’s nuclear negotiations team, (Sirus Nasseri).
Hmmmm, seems very strange……….

From http://www.stratfor.com/products/premium/read_article.php?id=273302 ,
we have details of an explanation provided by Stefan Minovici, (GSP’s U.S.-based [?] spokesman )…. Who is Stefan Minovici? He is a US/Romanian dealmaker who works closely with military supplier Raytheon Eastern Europe.
Oh & one last thing, the location where all this was happening?? Kish Island in the Persian Gulf, the stated location of the soon to be established Iranian Oil Bourse.

Yes it is VERY strange that no action has been taken by any contingent of NATO.
I don’t think that we are being told everything.
