Your weekly “House” update….

Posted in Pop Culture, 'House' at 9:03 pm by JB

This is gonna be an interesting one. Not sure where this case is gonna go, but it is looking fascinating so far.

20:16- What the hell ? There is something in there !!!

20:30- This just keeps getting freakier. But in a good way. The way it’s written keeps ya on the trail. It never gets boring, never gets all touchy-feely like ER does, never gets all “serious” like the CSI things do… and especially it doesn’t have that dude from CSI: Miami who takes 10 minutes to say his name, because he is so INTENSE ! Liking this episode so far.

20:41- Can we all agree that there are some neurological issues now ? The kid is floating around ? Maybe there are aliens. Someone call Alex Jones. He’ll know. He knows everything. Of course he’ll tell you the aliens are all plants by Cheney and Rove.

Great episode. Still the best written show on TV…. or close to it anyway.

And Jennifer Morisson is a BABE !

Dr. House can WALK !!!

I can’t explain it all, and if you’ve never watched, it doesn’t make sense…. but so far this is the best episode I’ve seen, and I’ve seen them all.

Essentially the cane is gone due to a chemically induced coma after the gunshot wounds at the end of last season…. The sarcasm is still there, but there is a different humanity-side that is cool.

Best show on TV. I know it’s not medically sound, but from a character-study perspective it’s better than anything else on the tube.

It’s kinda like James Bond with a stethescope. Very cool. I am intentionally not giving away plot-lines, but that may not last all season.

Now Cameron (played by the very lovely Jennifer Morrison) seems to be the hard-ass (no pun intended). House is almost touchy-feely. It works well for those of us who have always watched, but may be a little odd for those who haven’t.

This is turning out to be a very interesting episode.

Well…. I don’t like Wilson much at the moment. But it is an interesting plot twist. And the lingering leg thing is interesting as well.

I just hope the requisite back-story knowledge doesn’t kill the series for potential new viewers.

Overall, a great offering this evening. We’ll see what next week does to alleviate the problems this week caused.

I should warn everyone….

Much like the boys over at BFLOBLOG.com track the comings and goings of “24″, I’ll be doing much the same with the TV show “House”- which premiers the next season tomorrow night.

Damn Fox has some good programming these days.

Hugh Laurie is a comic/acting master, and this show also features the lovely Jennifer Morrison, quite possibly the prettiest woman on television today.
