Isn’t there already enough suffering in the world ?
Terrell Owens has learned the importance of playing nice — at least in print.
The outspoken Dallas receiver is set to release his first children’s book in mid-November. But the book, titled “Little T Learns to Share,” will be a far cry from the tell-all book T.O. released in July.
Little T, the main character, refuses to share his football but eventually learns he can’t enjoy his new ball without friends.
I could not possibly care less about Anna Nicole Smith, her kid, her lawyer, her… anything. How this is a major news story baffles me.
And I still don’t care. And Andrea Peyser was less than impressed.
For her very first night as CBS News diva, Katie spent a half-hour looking as if she desperately had to go potty. Her back was so stiff as she looked into the camera, pop-eyed and self-conscious, I feared it would snap.
I have three problems. First, I don’t watch network news. It’s nothing more than Entertainment Tonight about men in suits.
Second, I’ve never been a Couric fan. The very few Today Show things I’ve seen her do were vapid tripe.
And finally…. how can you take someone seriously named Katie ? Shouldn’t she, at some point, reverted to Kate. Or maybe even Katherine.
The world would be a different place if we had Wally Cronkite, Tommy Brokaw, Teddy Koppel, Danny Rather, Petey Jennings. Eddie Murrow, anyone ?

The Shields-Cruise fued has cooled. Hallelujah !
Brooke Shields says Tom Cruise has apologized for publicly criticizing her use of antidepressants after the birth of her first daughter.
The two had a public beef last year after the “Mission: Impossible III” star, echoing the position of Scientology, said in an appearance on NBC’s “Today” show that depression can be treated with exercise and vitamins rather than drugs.
The 41-year-old actress says Cruise apologized in person Thursday.
Now will Cruise apologize to all the “fans” for movies like Vanilla Sky, War or the Worlds, Eyes Wide Shut ?
